I didn’t get my free coins - Why?


Sometimes, if you don’t want to spend your pocket money on a game but you really need a little cash boost, it may be a good idea to watch a free ad or two and earn some extra coins. :)

If you have a few minutes to spare this option can really boost your game balance. Unfortunately, from time to time it may happen, that you take all the necessary steps but end up not receiving your cash. Now, we all know how annoying this can be.

However, don’t despair! There is always some help to be found. First of all, make sure that you are connected to the internet. Sometimes when you are travelling you may temporarily experience connection loss which can lead to your account not being credited with the reward you were supposed to receive. 

If you are trying to connect to a specific page and you are having issues with loading the page, check your connection. You can also check if other websites or services work fine, this will be a good indicator, if this is a general problem with your mobile data connection or an issue with the specific offer page you are trying to access. 

Also please make sure to always read the offer very carefully. This will ensure that you meet all the requirements for the reward waiting at the end. :) Once you have successfully completed the task and you still do not see the reward on your account please follow the steps listed below: 

  • Wait 12-24 hours - this may sound annoying but due to the global offer of mobile games the crediting for free coins may take some time depending on your location and/or mobile provider. Patience is key here!
  • Clear your cache to make sure all the data in your game is displayed correctly.
  • If you are still missing the coins, contact Tapjoy customer support directly at http://support.tapjoy.com. To do so, go to the In-App offer wall, there is a "Missing currency?" button in the bottom right corner of the screen. This will take you to a page where you can select the offer you are having issues with and then submit a support request. *Please note, that players are required to wait 12-24 hour after they click on an offer to submit a ticket.
