I didn't receive what I've paid for
If you don't see the purchased goods right away in your game, don't be alarmed. It might take a few moments for the store to process your purchase and for the game to recognize.
First thing you can try to do is to close the game and to open it again. This way, you will force the synchronization with the server and your items may surely show up!
If reopening the game does not help, please give it an hour or two.
If even after reopening the game and waiting your goods are still missing, please use the button below to contact our Player Support department.
Include in your message the following information:
- Your account ID (you can find it after tapping your player's name on the main game screen),
- A screenshot of the purchase receipt.
