My progress is missing

Dear Knight, 

We are sorry to hear that your progress is missing. 

Please send us the following information:

  • Your current account ID (you can find it in the profile section), 
  • Your player's name that was used in the account which had the progress on it, 
  • If possible (e.g. if you took a screenshot of it in the past), also the account ID assigned to missing progress.

Send the above by using the button below to our Support Staff and they will help you as soon as possible.
