Can I transfer my account to a new device?

So I just got a new phone and wanted to play the game with better graphics but then I logged in and all my progress was gone. Has this ever happened to you?

This is because all the data has been saved locally on your old device. In this case there is unfortunately no option to transfer your progress from one device to the next. Since you log into the game with your Google Play or App Store account, all the goods which you have purchased with real money should still be available to you on your new device though.
