I did not receive the goods I bought


Don’t worry champ, even though this is a frustrating issue I am sure we can find a solution. ;)

First of all, please make sure that the purchase was completed and money has been taken from your account. It can sometimes happen that when you lose connection with the game, the purchase does not come through.

However, if you see that you have spent money but nothing is appearing on your account feel free to contact our support at support@vividgames.com and tell us the name of the package, price and its contents.

We cannot guarantee that we will be able to resolve the issue for you, however we try our best to find a solution together!
